DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY
Processing and Delivery Time
  • For items in stock, please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to be packaged and shipped. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days worldwide. If you have concerns or questions regarding this, please reach out to info@timabee.com
  • Processing time will be longer during peak periods such as Christmas holidays, Eid, etc. Processing Times can take up to 10 business days
  • Bespoke and Pre Order items will take at least 4 weeks to process but feel free to email info@timabee.com to confirm estimated time of arrival.
  • Most countries will charge custom duties and taxes upon arrival of goods and that is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged Items

  • Timabee is not responsible for lost or stolen items once we have shipped and provided a tracking number. Kindly reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim while notifying Timabee via help@timabee.com. We will cooperate with the shipping carrier to provide any necessary documentation they may require from our end.
  • Items damaged during transit are unfortunately not covered by Timabee. You will need to directly contact the shipping carrier to resolve the matter. As usual, we are happy to provide further information or documentation needed to resolve your claim.
  • If an item is damaged due to our error, we will happily replace it. Please contact info@timabee.com no later than 48 hours after receiving your item. No refund will be made. A store credit may be applicable.
  • If an item becomes damaged after wear, unfortunately we do not provide repairs at the moment. Only take your goods to experienced craftsmen for repairs and you are responsible for the cost.

Refund/ Exchange

  • Generally, Timabee will not provide refund or exchange on items bought on sale or made to order.
  • Refunds and Exchanges only apply where there is a damaged item from us or the wrong order was sent out. Where a refund is applicable, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed to the same payment method used in purchasing.
  • Please review the product description, size guide and other useful information about products to ensure accuracy. Timabee will not be responsible for making a refund where a wrong size has been selected or in the event that you change your mind. Exchanges will be considered but all returns and cost associated are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items that need to be returned for exchages or refunds, must be received by Timabee  within 10 days after the order has been received by customer. The items MUST be returned in the exact packaging and condition they have been received.
  • If you decide to return an item, it is your responsibility to ask for the return address within 24 hours of your order to avoid any delay in shipping.
  • If your item does not meet the 10 day return requirement, unfortunately we will not accept it from the carrier and you are responsible for whatever consequence this may result to.

Order Cancellation

  • An order can only be cancelled before it ships, in this case a refund is applicable. Please reach out within 24 hours after your order has been placed if you wish to cancel your order.

Final Sale

  • All bespoke orders are final sale
  • All pre order items are final sale
  • All sale items are final sale
  • Final sale means items do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
