DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and as such allow return or exchange under the following circumstances;
  • Our processing times for express post is 3-5 business days and 5-10 business days for regular post. This time does not account for the shipping time you have chosen. The Pandemic may affect these times and we will inform you via email

 

  • Our website includes items available in all our warehouses. Should the item you order be unavailable at the warehouse closest to you, you will be informed immediately as this may affect delivery times.

 

  • Processing time will be longer in the event of a sale or holiday periods ( Christmas, Eid, Black Friday etc). This can take up to 14 business days

 

  • If your item was damaged due to our mistake. Refund may be applicable . In other cases, a store credit is issued

 

  • If your item is not the right fit/size and you wish to exchange it. Note that you must return item as you have received it with tags. A store credit is offered should the item be out of stock. No refund is applicable here.

 

  • Bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstance. They are non-refundable and non- exchangeable

 

  • An order can only be cancelled before it is shipped. Sale items do not qualify

 

  • Timabee is not responsible for the shipping charges to return your item.
  • Although tracking is the customer's responsibility, Timabee may assist to ensure efficient delivery when using DHL. Ultimately, the customer is responsible for it and tracking numbers will always be provided.

 

  • Most countries will charge custom duties and taxes and that is the customer's responsibility.

 

  • No refund shall be issued for sale items. They may be exchanged for a different item or store credit.

 

  • Items will only be considered for refund, exchange or store credit if returned within 8 days after it has been delivered and in the right condition.

 

  • Ultimately, return is the responsibility of the customer and Timabee will not be held responsible for any delay caused so we suggest express shipping.

 

  • If you decide to return an item, it is your responsibility to ask for a return address IMMEDIATELY to avoid any kind of delay.

 

  • If your item does not meet our 8 day return requirement, unfortunately we will not accept it from your courier and we are not responsible for it.

 

  • For orders to China, Nigeria, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, we cannot guarantee regular post without tracking will reach you due to country local post inefficiencies but DHL is trusted.

 

  • All sale items tagged as sample sale are not refundable or exchangeable.

 

  • All sale items greater than 30% off are only exchangeable for store credit if product is faulty or damaged. Otherwise, they are final sale.

 

  • Timabee will not be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels so please ensure the correct address is given.

 

  • If an item is tagged as pre-order, read the item's description to know when it will ship. Any item pre-ordered cannot be cancelled 8 days after order is placed. In the event of damage or wrong size, we will offer store credit but no refund
